Colonial Cream Yellow 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible with matching yellow and silver interior and bright white power top.  This classic Bel Air convertible has been one family owned for over 50 years and has be well cared for and meticulously maintained.  The car was repainted several years ago and still looks great from 10 feet, but on close inspection the paint has some light checking, some small chips and scratches and has a couple of paint cracks in both doors  and would benefit from a high quality paint job, which we do not have time to do and the car is priced according. Under the hood this Bel Air has been recently  detailed to show quality condition and showcases the code correct 283 V8 engine with 4 bbl. carburetor, correct valve covers and air cleaner. Nicely optioned with its PowerGlide automatic transmission, power steering and power brakes for safety and an enjoyable driving experience.  The Bel Air chrome and stainless trim are in amazing condition for being mostly original all looks great for being 67 years old.  This Bel Air convertible has some unique options like, stop light reflector, dual rear antennas, gold emblems, tissue dispenser and an expensive, hard to get Wonder Bar radio.  The power convertible top looks like new and works as it should. The silver and yellow interior looks amazing and also features a beautifully painted dash, crisp and clear instrumentation, fitted carpet with Bel Air mats and a restored steering wheel and a nice chrome horn ring. The structurally beautiful undercarriage is painted in red oxide and is factory original from bumper to bumper. The trunk was refurbished and comes complete with mat and spare. This is a freshly restored, American Dream Machine. This is a well preserved, rock solid Bel Air convertible with huge potential, at a great price. Excellent restoration project, or drive it and enjoy it exactly as is.  This Nostalgic Icon car is rolling on correct wide white tires, chrome Bel Air tri-bar spinner caps and has amazing curb appeal.
