Riverside Red 1964 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray convertible. This little red Corvette has several performance and suspension upgrades making it an absolute blast to drive yet still retaining its original iconic Corvette looks. The engine has been upgraded to a performance built 350 cubic inch 4 bolt main engine with a steel crank, a larger cam producing in excess of 400hp, and is topped off for high performance with an Offenhauser dual quad intake and dual Carter AFB carburetors. Upgraded with power brakes, billet distributor and headers that flow into factory side exhaust for that great Corvette rumble. The suspension has been upgraded with one piece fiberglass mono leaf springs and sway bars. The Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst Comp Plus shifter puts the power to the pavement. The red paint has a deep shine and is surrounded by very nice chrome and stainless trim. Equipped with painted to match red hardtop and newer white convertible top so you can keep cool. The black interior features new carpet, new chrome sill plates, crisp and clear tach and gauges, simulated wood steering wheel, and a very nice factory center console. This American Dream Machine is rolling on Corvette turbine styled wheels with knock off center caps and Firestone white wall radial tires to match the white top.
